The cottage comes fully furnished down to furniture and cutlery but we can adapt to the tenant’s needs. There is a washing mashing and tumble dryer to use in the garage. Parking is available. We are looking for a responsible person and single occupancy. We could consider a pet in the form of a cat. Water is included in the rent. Electricity is separate. The cottage is located in a calm and pleasant area close to the sea. A supermarket is 5 minutes drive. There is a bus stop leds than 10 minutes walking distance that can take you to Åkersberga or Stockholm.
