Heating: Energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump system (keeps utility costs optimized). Condition: Newly renovated throughout and fully furnished – just move right in! Huset är komfortabelt, fullt möblerat och passar perfekt för studenter, oavsett om ni vill dela boende eller bara ha gott om plats. Läge: 🚴 Endast 10 minuter med cykel till Steneby Skolan. Planlösning: Övervåning: 2 rymliga dubbelrum (sovrum) båda med dubbelsäng och egna skrivbord, en toalett samt en hall med mysig TV-hörna.
