Renting out well taken care, fully furnished studio apartment built in 2023 for 1 year to “provbo” with my girlfriend. IMPORTANT: Please read carefully and keep in mind: The moving in date is set is set to 1st October but since the contract has to be approved by the landlord, the approval process might take couple of weeks and up to a month from the time we reach an agreement. This means that the moving date could be before 1st October or after 1st October.
