Furnished rooms for rent at Hagalundsgatan in Solna. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a large newly renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub and also an extra separate WC. At the ground floor there are two common laundry rooms and an outdoor roof under which bicycles can be stored dry from rain. Rent includes water, electricity, heating, Internet and a nice view over Solna. Rooms are compact but convenient, small but modest, and already furnished with bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. A basic kit of bed linen and other utensils is also provided. Space for storage is limited but everyone gets their private cupboards in the common shared areas where we always clean up after ourselves on a daily basis. Disturbance is minimized so no smoking or pets or noisy loudspeakers. Room door shut means 100% privacy. If interested please present yourself with your occupation in Stockholm and where you are from etc. All info in one message that will be forwarded to the other tenants. They do not have access to this chat so please include other contact methods like mail or whatspp,tele,insta or other messenger apps with audio/video message features so that they can reply with more info and contact you if they find your application interesting for them. We are mainly looking for long-term tenants (several years) but short-term could also be available so please specify what date you wish to move in and how long you plan to stay. There is also a larger room with queen size and private balcony and also a smaller room perfect for commuters and one can also switch rooms if another becomes available during the stay. Availability varies from month to month and we often get dozens of requests per month so if you didn't get a reply you can always write again at a later stage if you are interested again.
