Möblerat rum i villa – perfekt för studenter, pendlare och yrkesverksamma Vi hyr ut ett möblerat vindsrum på cirka 10 kvm i vårt rymliga hus i det lugna villaområdet Miatorp i Helsingborg. Boendet passar dig som studerar, pendlar till arbete eller behöver ett bekvämt boende under en kortare eller längre period. Huset delas med upp till tre inneboende samtidigt. Vi som äger huset är en barnfamilj men bor där endast under lov och ledigheter, vilket innebär att huset under större delen av året används endast av er hyresgäster. Du har tillgång till: * Stort och fullt utrustat kök * Vardagsrum * Stort badrum med gott om förvaring * Tvättstuga * Trädgård * El, värme, Internet (fiber) och vatten (normal förbrukning) ingår * Möblerat rum – bara att flytta in Läget är mycket bra med närhet till: * Campus Helsingborg (enkelt med cykel eller buss) * Stan * Stranden på Råå * Goda bussförbindelser Hyra: 4 000 kr/månad Vi har hyrt ut rum i många år och har lång erfarenhet som hyresvärdar samt goda referenser. English version: Furnished room in a villa – ideal for students, commuters and professionals We are renting out a furnished attic room (approximately 10 sqm) in our spacious house, located in the quiet residential area of Miatorp in Helsingborg. The accommodation is ideal for students, commuters or anyone looking for a comfortable home, whether for a shorter or longer stay. The house is shared by a maximum of three tenants. We are a family with children, but we only stay in the house during school holidays. This means that, for most of the year, the house is occupied only by the tenants.
